摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of harmful gas or the like and improve fuel consumption by a method wherein two sets of magnetic rows are arrayed in parallel so as to pinch a fuel pipe and employing fuel is passed through the fuel pipe. SOLUTION: In the reducing method of atmosphere contaminating substances such as NOx, CO, soot and the like which are exhausted from a diesel engine vehicle or the like, a fuel pipe 1 connects a fuel tank to combustion devices such as a fuel tank, an engine, a burner and the like and is constituted of a special rubber material strong against deterioration especially. Two sets of magnet rows are installed respectively so as to pinch the fuel pipe 1 while opposing the magnetized surfaces of them in parallel. The opposed magnetized surfaces of the permanent magnets are provided in parallel so as to be opposed simultaneously by the half of both poles of N-pole 4 and S-pole 5 or two sets of the magnet rows are provided in parallel under a condition that two sets of magnet rows are deviated by the half of the length of the permanent magnet. In this case, the permanent magnet having the size of an oblong magnetized surface of a horizontal length in the moving direction of fuel of 6-10 mm and the height of the degree of 10-14 mm is the most effective magnet.
