PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate shift operation and gear shift shocks by continuously shifting an automobile transmission. SOLUTION: A planetary differential gear consisting of two sun gears rotating a transmission itself and having a gear ratio adjustment gear built therein is provided in a rotation cover 3 as a rotating body. With utilization of a characteristic of the differential gear not requiring a constant rotation ratio between a high speed side differential gear 6, a low speed side differential gear 10 and two sun gears, rotation power transmitted to the planetary differential gear is divided at the high speed side differential gear 6 and the low speed side differential gear 10. The rotation power is transmitted to an output shaft 32 directly from the high speed side differential gear 6 and indirectly from the low speed side differential gear 10 through a torque converter and a reduction gear. Two rotation forces once divided and having different rotation ratios and rotation forces are transmitted to a same output shaft 34 at a same time while continuously adjusting a rotation speed and force of the output shaft 34 by a torque distributor.
