PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in image quality and shortening of a service life of a device and to provide a fixing device and an image forming device where fixing strength is improved. SOLUTION: In the fixing device provided with a pair of fixing rolls 31 disposed to be freely rotated while in a pressurized contact with each other and a press roll 32 and recording material provided with an unfixed image is crimped with pressure and carried in a pressure contact part formed by the pair of fixing rolls 31 mentioned above and the press roll 32, the unfixed image on the recording material is heated and fixed and utilizing silicone oil to separate the pair of fixing rolls 31 and pressure roll 32 and the recording material, a heating device 38 is provided to heat the silicone oil.
