PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow inspection items, such as locking up, and execution of locking, to remain on the display of a display sheet. SOLUTION: The surfaces of a display sheet 1 are provided with a display surface 3 on a front side disposed with pleat hair 2 and formed with characters, patterns, colors, etc., different between the front side and the rear side of the pleat hair 2 and a display surface 4 on the rear side. The pleat hair 2 is warped to the front side or rear side by the differences in the direction of rubbing the pleat hair 2 with the fingers, etc., by which the characters, patterns, colors, etc., on the display surface 4 on the front side of the pleat hair 1 or the display surface 4 on the rear side are exposed on the surface of the display sheet 1 and the display is switched and is maintained in the switched display state. A user is thus able to check whether the inspection items are carried out or not.
