SOLUTION: Information of the operation for the label is stored correspondingly to a future time to the actual time (step S132); and when the actual time reaches the future time, the label is generated on the basis of information of the operation, and the picture of this label is displayed on the display screen of a display device, and the picture of the label on the display screen of the display device is repeatedly displayed/extinguished on the basis of information of the operation (step S134).
