MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC MODULE INCLUDING GLASS LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a module which uses a flat panel display(FPD). SOLUTION: Functional layers 3 and 9 are mounted on flexible substrates 2 and 8, the substrates 2 and 8 are contacted as mutually parallel so that the functional layers are present between the both substrates, to thereby form a module, and glass sheets 1 and 7 are laminated on the module. As a result, an efficient barrier layer for protecting the functional layers can be obtained. Also, the module can be cut with use of a simple tool.
