PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transfer defect of toner, owing to deformation of an elastic sheet of an agitating member, be prevented in a developing device. SOLUTION: The toner is contained in the toner cotainer 131 of the developing device 208. The toner 109 is transported toward a developing sleeve 105 with an elastic sheet 3, by the rotation of the agitating member 5 in the direction of the arrow (clockwise). Since unwanted deformation of the elastic sheet 3 can be prevented under the severe environment (for instance, such as high temp./high humidity, or left standing over long period) by composing the elastic sheet 3 by means of polyphenylene sulfide, regardless of a quantity of the toner 109 in the toner container 131, the toner 109 can be excellently fed on the roller 105. |
