PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need of an expensive interface device while confirming information of visitors in real time and to prevent the reduction of the acceptance work efficiency with respect to the acceptance work in various event sites. SOLUTION: A two-dimensional code where the information volume of recordable information is considerably larger than a bar code is used, and the two-dimensional code which indicates information specifying a visitor is printed on a visitor card which the visitor carries. At the time of accepting the visitor, the two-dimensional code printed on the visitor card is read (S100), and visitor specifying information as read two-dimensional code information is displayed on a liquid crystal display device (S110). Read visitor specifying information is temporarily stored in a memory device of the device (S150) and is collectively transmitted to an external host device in response to the indication from an operator. |
