PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in a flatness of a pair of front and rear installing mounting faces of a front panel and a rear panel, without being influenced by dimensional accuracy of an externally equipped part. SOLUTION: In a state where a pair of front and rear installing mounting faces 21A, 21B of a front panel 3 and a rear panel 4 are pressed onto a common reference plane 31, screws 7A, 7B are inserted into large-diameter screw insertion holes 26A, 26B, which are called by the common name of unloaded holes, formed at both front and rear ends of a bottom cover 5, and are inserted from a substantially parallel direction to the installing mounting faces 21A, 21B, so as to be fastened to the front panel 3 and the rear panel 4.
