PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock noise reduction device executing a muting action by using a switching signal corresponding to a content of function switching of an audio-device. SOLUTION: An audio signal applied to an input terminal 8 is outputted from an output terminal 7 through 1, 2, a volume 9 and a power amp 3 when the switches switches 1, 2, are in the position shown by a solid line. When the switches 1 and 2 are in the position of the solid line controlled by a pop noise delete circuit 12, the audio-signal does not appear to the signal output terminal 7 but is applied with a mute. A signal A, a signal D and a signal C formed from a function switching signal are applied to input terminals 4, 5 and 6. The signal A and the signal D drive the circuit 12 and the signal C controls a transistor Q0 and prohibits driving to the circuit 12 by the signal A and the signal D.
