PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display housing which is light in weight, besides by which heat radiation can be improved and noise can be reduced. SOLUTION: This video display device housing 1 has a double structure obtained by connecting a first housing 2 and a second housing 3 by a connecting member 4, and the heat of the housing 3 is transmitted to the housing 2 through the member 4. By a fan motor 5 arranged in the first housing 2, outdoor air is passed through a space between the housings 2 and 3 and the inside of the housing 2 from a suction port 6 provided on the housing 2 and is ventilated to an exhausting port 7 provided the housing 2, so that the heat radiation of the housings 2 and 3 can be performed, and respective heat-generating parts inside the display device incorporated inside the housing 3 can be cooled. Consequently, the housing can be thinned because of extremely high heat radiation effect, and the rotation of the fan motor 5 can be restrained.
