<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tight adhesion irrespective of a shape of an object, make a local detection sensitivity variable and correctly detect a temperature by drawing an optical fiber within one plane and intensively arranging the optical fiber. SOLUTION: The optical fiber temperature sensor has a spot sensor part 2 formed by drawing a cord 1 within one plane. Adjacent parts of the cord 1 are bonded and the spot sensor part 2 is formed into one sheet. The spot sensor part 2 may be formed by bonding and winding the cord 1 sequentially to the periphery of a central part, and spraying a synthetic resin or rubber by a spray means, or by PVC dipping to coat and integrate the cord. A wind diameter of the spot sensor 2 can be changed optionally or the spot sensor can be overlapped in many layers. Since a metal is not used, no trouble is brought about in measuring a temperature even under an electromagnetic induction environment.</p> |
