PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an electromagnetic wave which is an unnecessary polarized wave and to secure excellent reception quality by adhering and forming a feed linear part at a specific angle to the vertical axis of a dielectric substrate passing through an element in the center. SOLUTION: The axis of a circular waveguide 1 is aligned with the center of an antenna element and axes passing the point are the vertical axis and horizontal axis of the dielectric substrate 2. A circularly polarized element 3 is adhered and formed on the dielectric substrate 2 so that its center is aligned with the axis of the circular waveguide 1. A microstrip line is extended from part of the circularly polarized element 3 to form the feed linear part 4. The axis extending from the feed linear part 4 passes the center of the circularly polarized element 3 and its axis is regarded as a fitting axis. The fitting axis and vertical axis form a prescribed angle. The feed linear part 4 is connected to a converter circuit. The circularly polarized element 3 is not limited to only a crank type microstrip line, but may be a rectangular patch antenna or in any shape as long as a it can generate a circularly polarized wave.
