PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic recording film by which toner fixing is improved without generating ghost failure, retransfer of toner to an electrode head is prevented and thereby generation of picture stripe can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic recording film in which an easily adhering layer, a conductive layer and an insulating layer containing insulating spacer particles are provided in this order on an insulating supporting body such as a film, a polymer having <=35 deg.C glass transition point (Tg) is used as a binder and thickness of the layer is >=0.5μm in the easily adhering layer and the film thickness thewf is >=0.5μm. A styrene-butadiene series copolymer is preferably used as the polymer therefor.
