PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation of a system manager and each information registrant in the registering operation of information shared by plural users in a system. SOLUTION: A client AP 3 executes processing operation necessary for instructing the preparation, change, updating or the like of a group for sharing one or plural information to a server AP 7 and processing operation for automatically registering information in the server AP 7 under the monitoring of a directory on a background. The client AP 3 executes also processing operation for retrieving automatically registered information and processing operation for acquiring the table information on the shared group to which the user concerned belongs. The server AP 7 executes each prescribed processing operation in accordance with a shared group preparing instruction, a shared group changing instruction, a shared group deleting instruction, an automatic information registration instruction, an information retrieving instruction, a shared group table information acquiring information, or the like transmitted from the client AP 3.
