A cutaneous applicator (10) for a liquid comprising a storage cartridge (16) for said liquid which is provided with an outlet (22) for the evacuation of said liquid, a hydrophilic pledget (12) for applying the liquid to an area which is to be treated, and means (14) for maintaining the hydrophilic pledget (12) in a position opposite to the outlet for the evacuation of said liquid from the cartridge (16). The means (14) for maintaining the pledget are integral with the cartridge (16). The invention can be used for an applicator of aseptic liquid for cutaneous treatment.
