PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize light of a light source device as a heat ray or for camera lighting in addition to visual light by installing a heat ray conducting path wired between a light dividing means and a vehicle lighting lamp and conducting a heat ray from the light dividing means to the vehicle lighting lamp; and a radiator device for radiating the conducted heat ray to the outside. SOLUTION: When a light source is lit, light LIR, (LIL) is emitted to a light dimming lens 2 side. The light is divided into visual light VL and a heat ray IR with an IR reflecting filter 20, the visual light VL transmits the IR reflecting filter 20 and is incident on a light incident end 30, and the heat ray IR is reflected with the IR reflecting filter 20 and is incident on a heat ray incident end 50 of a heat pipe. Visual light VL is transmitted, outgoes in lamps 40, 41, 42 from a light outgoing end, and is irradiated to the outside in a specified light distribution pattern. The heat ray is incident in the heat pipe goes out to the radiator device from the heat ray outgoing end, and is emitted to lamp chambers of headlamps 40, 41. Then visual light VL and the heat ray IR are effectively utilized as a light source and a heat source respectively.
