PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power loss at the time of waiting of electronic equipment into which a stabilized power supply is integrated. SOLUTION: This stabilized power supply is provided with plural (two) elements for output, and each of the two elements for output is constituted of transistors Tr1 and Tr2 for output. The transistor Tr1 for output has large hfe in a smaller current region than a prescribed value, and the transistor Tr2 for output has smaller hfe than the hfe of the transistor Tr1 for output in the smaller current region than the prescribed value, and has the fixed hfe maintained even in the larger current region than the prescribed value. The operating range of the transistors Tr1 and Tr2 for output are switched by a switching circuit 21 based on an output voltage (divided voltage value by the resistors R1 and R2) according to the largness of the load currents. Thus, only the transistor Tr1 for output is allowed to operate in the region in which the load currents are small, and at least the transistor Tr2 for output is allowed to operate in the region in which the load currents are large.
