PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unnecessary and ineffective callbacks in an automatic callback communication terminal. SOLUTION: The automatic callback communication terminal 11 is provided with a keyboard 12 having a plurality of keys that enter a telephone number of an opposite party as to whether or not an automatic callback is made and set whether or not an automatic callback is made and whether or not an automatic callback is received, a display device 13 that displays a message from an opposite automatic callback communication terminal that is installed opposite to this automatic callback communication terminal via an ISDN 10, a control section 15 that controls each circuit of the automatic callback communication terminal 11 and conducts connection control for communication according to a program, and a memory 16. Thus, the memory 16 stores a telephone number of an opposite party entered from the keyboard 12 and the program and stores a caller telephone number of a call setup message received from the ISDN 10 when an incoming call comes while both telephone sets 191, 192 are busy under the operation of the control section 15.
