QUINAZOLONE DERIVATIVES

摘要

This invention relates to the novel compound 11-oxo-11-H-pyrido- ¢2,1-6!quinazoline-2-carboxylic acid, of formula < IMG > and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The compound displays interesting pharmacological properties, in particular an anti-allergic activity and also muscle-relaxing and vasodilatory activities. Processes for the preparation of the novel compound are described and exemplified, and examples of pharmaceutical compositions containing the novel compound are given.
