PURPOSE:To remove the device without disconnecting the cascade connection of a system at the operation of a system connected in cascade by providing a means bypassing input and output of an abnormal device of the system at the outside of the device. CONSTITUTION:A detecting signal is inputted to a terminal 109 of an adaptor 100 when a data transfer device 1 is normal, a relay 13 is driven via a driving amplifier 12 and contacts 131-134 form the connecting state in dotted line positions. On the other hand, when the device 1 is abnormalous or disconnected from the system, the relay 13 is restored and the contacts 131-134 are switched to the positions shown in solid lines. In this case, the input signal from the terminal 101 is bypassed to a terminal 104 and the input signal from a terminal 103 is bypassed to the terminal 102. Thus, the maintenance of cascade connection of the system is attained. |
