PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fine nozzle pitch without increasing cost per bit by arranging three rows or more of nozzle in zigzag without increasing the chip area significantly. SOLUTION: As shown by 10, 10', nozzles are arrange in zigzag in a plurality of rows. Potential of individual electrodes 4' in the left side row is connected with a pad take-out part 12'. Chip area can be prevented from increasing by passing the wiring 5 through the gap of right side row. The wiring 5 is narrower than the individual electrode 4 in the gap of right side row and arranged on the outside of the individual electrode 4 so that ink is not ejected erroneously from the right side row when a voltage is applied to the wiring 5 in order to eject ink from the left side row.
