PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the molding cycle and cooling cycle of a decorated molded article separately to shorten the molding cycle by taking out the decorated molded article from an injection mold to transfer the same to a cooling apparatus to perform cooling. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for injection molding and simultaneous decoration, waste based on waste plastic is melted and kneaded to be injected in the cavity of a mold 10 not only to mold a molded article but also to decorate the upper surface of the molded article by the sheet S sucked to the inner surface of the cavity of a lower mold 10a. Subsequently, the mold 10 is opened and the decorated molded article is held to an upper mold 10b under suction. In this state, a sheet S is newly delivered from a sheet roll S1 by a sheet delivery device 15 so as to cover the cavity of the lower mold 10a while an edge piece M is taken over by a sheet take-out device 16 to be housed in a box 18. The decorated molded article is received on the receiving stand 17 of a transfer device 13 from the upper mold 10b to be transferred to a cooling device 12 to be cooled.
