PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily press fit a metallic part in a cylinder body made of FRP during manufacture without the occurrence of deviation in an axis and to perform rapid compression deformation in an axial direction or rupture during clash. SOLUTION: A cylindrical shaft compression control member 13 is formed in a position, spaced away by a given distance M from the two end faces of a cylinder shaft 11, on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder shaft 11. The shaft compression control member 13 is formed of a low elasticity material, for example, foamed styrol, and formed such that an inside diameter is equal to the inside diameter of the cylinder shaft 11. A yoke 12 pressed fitted and joined with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder shaft 11 has a serration 14 having a number of teeth 14a axially extending in parallel to an axial direction and formed on the whole area of the outer peripheral surface of a joint 12a having a length N in a given direction. The teeth 14a are formed in a trapezoidal shape in cross section and an angle (i.e., a crest angle) between the two oblique sides of the tooth 14a is set to a range of 30-90 deg., and the length of the upper bottom side (i.e., a crest tip width) of the tooth 14a is set to a range of 0.10-0.25 mm.
