PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin sheet comprising a polyolefin resin sheet having suppressed bleeding tendency and good adhesivity to a coating film formed by coating a surface of the sheet with an ultraviolet-curing coating material. SOLUTION: The objective synthetic resin sheet is made of a resin composition composed mainly of a polyolefin resin and containing a multi-component copolymer of a carboxylic acid anhydride having an ethylene-acrylic acid ester and/or methacrylic acid ester unsaturated bond and has an ultraviolet-curing coating material applied to at least one surface of the sheet.
