PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics making fine wrinkles not stand out and also having a natural coated color while retaining a transparent feeling. SOLUTION: The cosmetics is prepared by formulating a highly cohesive titanium oxide having a primary particle diameter of 0.001-0.15μm, a secondary particle diameter of 0.6-2.0μm and a crystal form of anatase with globular resin powder except silicone elastomer globular powder. The surface of the highly cohesive titanium oxide is coated with a hydrated oxide (and/or an oxide) of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Al, Si, Zr, Ti and Zn.
