PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use a pack as it is by having a fixing section for fixing a liquid agent refill pack and providing a gap at a part of the fixing section so that the discharge mouth of liquid agent in a pack is not plugged. SOLUTION: Walls 3 and 4 are bent at the upper part to become a fixing section 5 and 6 pushing each other. At the upper part of the walls 3 and 4 slits 7 and 8 are opened more deeply than the fixing section 5 and 6 to secure a gap 9. The fixing section 5 and 6 is expanded with a hand, and a pack 19 is inserted from the lateral direction which lacks the walls 3 and 4. On removing the expanding hand, the fixing section 5 and 6 pinches and fixes the part 21 where the liquid agent 20 in the pack 19 is not filled. Then, the pack 19 is cut with scissors 22 in the horizontal direction of the top parts 13 and 14 to form a cut mouth 23. The cut mouth 23 keeps the opening 24 open, since the fixing section 5 and 6 does not press the pack 19 at the part of the slits 7 and 8. Then a pump 25 is inserted from the opening 24.
