PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a molded matter by which alloying is not caused even in the case of sintering between different kinds of materials, characteristics of particulates themselves can be held, a manufacturing equipment is simplified and thereby equipment cost is reduced. SOLUTION: At least two kinds of different material powder 20 are blended in advance to form a powder mixture, the supplied powder mixture is rolled between a pair of rolls 11 and further stress is generated during rolling. The material 13 carried out from a space between the rolls 11 is subjected to diffusion-junction in a sintering furnace 14 of non-oxidizing gaseous atmosphere or reducing gaseous atmosphere or vacuum atmosphere. Thereby the molded matter holding characteristics of particulates themselves is continuously manufactured.
