PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the oil feeding amount of a bearing part in a wide rotation scope from a low rotation area, in a low pressure ratio operation condition, in a scroll compressor and a refrigerating plant. SOLUTION: Intermediate pressure holes 6e and 6f to communicate a back pressure chamber and a compression chamber 8 are provided to a rotary scroll, an oil feeding mechanism to feed the oil by the pressure difference between the discharge side pressure and the intermediate pressure in the back pressure chamber is formed, releaf holes 101 and 102 having holes communicating the compression chamber 8 and the discharge side in a sealed container, and a relief valve, are provided, and the relief holes 101 and 102, and the intermediate pressure holes 6e and 6f, are provided in the positional relation communicating intermittently.
