PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill hardening filler between a natural ground and a head part plate without paying attention to a non-right angle of a slope face or smoothness of the natural ground surface and without using a mold form. SOLUTION: In a cut earth reinforcement soil construction method, filler is filled into a filling hole drilled in a natural ground 2 and a reinforcement material 1 is inserted into it, and a variable pedestal 3 is disposed between a head plate, 5 of the reinforcement material 1 and a natural ground surface 6. Next, the head plate 5 is tightened temporarily with a nut 7 to form it in a shape according to the natural ground surface, and hardening filler is filled into the pedestal and the nut is tightened fully after a specified curing of the filler. Thus, hardening filler can be filled between the natural ground and the head part plate without paying attention to a non-right angle of a slope face or smoothness of the natural ground surface and without using a mold form.
