PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an elastic hollow body by which elastic hollow bodies with various shapes in accordance with various applications can be simply produced. SOLUTION: A method for producing an elastic hollow body filled with gas is provided and a laminating process comprising a process for laminating elastic sheets 1 (1') and a process for stretching the elastic sheets 1 (1') by a specified stretching ratio and a sealing and releasing process for sealing at least two sheets of the laminated and stretched elastic sheets 1 into a specified shape in such a way that a space between the laminated elastic sheets become under hermetically closed condition under a condition where gas exists and then, the stretching condition is released to obtain the elastic hollow body.
