PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a film from being torn out from an end part of the film when a packaged item is packaged with the packaging film. SOLUTION: Opposing surfaces of clamps 3a, 3b against a film are formed into irregularity form comprised of holding pressure releasing section against four corner ends of the film F, for example, a protrusion section 3a-1 for pressing and fixing the film F and a recess 3a-2 not pressing and not fixing the film F. When the outer circumferenctial edge of the film is held by the clamps 3a, 3b, the four corner ends of the film are positioned in the recess 3a-2.
