PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute an environmental preservation and greening promotion by greening concrete blocks, basically eliminate their maintenance, reduce cost, and prevent an erosion by flowing water. SOLUTION: The surface of a porous concrete layer 20 is formed in a corrugated surface 23, and a pot part 24 forming a recessed part shape is provided on the surface side of that layer. A potted plant 30 is fitted fixedly to a space 22 and the pot part 24 of the porous concrete layer 20. The entire corrugated surface 23 of the porous concrete layer 20 is covered with a surface layer soil 41. The potted plant 30 is formed by filling soil 32 in a pot 31, and holding the root system of vegetation 33 by the soil 32. |
