PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of giving tablets having high storage stability with their deterioration such as discoloration during storage and offensive odor emission suppressed, despite containing easily deteriorative powder component(s) in the stock powder. SOLUTION: This composition for tablets comprises stock powder containing easily deteriorative powder component(s) (e.g. vitamin C) and, as lubricant, a sucrose fatty acid ester with a 16-22C saturated fatty acid as the constitutive fatty acid and an acid value of <=3.
