PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fabric processed with a photocatalyst free from emission of malodor, excellent in deodorization property and antifouling property, suitable for clothing, etc., by providing a fabric including an organic fiber with a treating solution containing a titanium oxide photocatalyst having a fixed particle diameter, etc., and treating the fabric under a specific condition. SOLUTION: A fabric including an organic fiber as a polyester fiber, etc., is provided with a processing solution including a titanium oxide photocatalyst such as apatite coated titanium oxide, etc., having <=50 nm particle diameter and a low formalin type urea modified trimethylolmelamine resin containing <=0.5% of free formalin per mole of melamine and the low formalin type urea modified trimethylolmelamine resin to give the objective photocatalyst processed fabric having 0.05-1.0 g/m2 of adhered amount of titanium oxide photocatalyst on and curing. A water-soluble hydrazine-based compound is preferably included in the processing solution or the fabric is preferably processed with the water-soluble hydrazine-based compound after curing the trimethylolmelamine resin. |
