PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipstick container in which torque of desirable magnitude can be obtained between members of a makeup material container. SOLUTION: An energizing member 24 like a spring is installed, and the bottom end is fastened to a bottom part of an inside cylinder sleeve 26, and the upper end is fastened to a makeup material holder 16. A base 18 may be installed by doing away with the inside cylinder sleeve 26. The lower end of the spring is connected to the base 18, and the upper end is connected to the makeup material holder 16.
