PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently mass-producing, from solar salt, tasty, hygienic and cleaned specialty salt contaminated with neither impurity nor dirt and good for human health. SOLUTION: This method for producing specialty salt comprises the following steps: solar salt is refined by air and freed from dirts/contaminants and then dehydrated and dried at <=45 deg.C and then further freed from dirts/contaminants by the aid of automatic separation using a CCD camera and/or manual inspection, thereby being cleaned. Subsequently, the salt thus cleaned is pulverized so as to satisfy a desired particle size and then mixed with various minerals. |
