PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a recovering member and to perform cleaning work of the recovering member contaminated by material to be worked with a small number of workers and in a short time. SOLUTION: On crushing work, a screen filter 14 is arranged in a first position below a hopper 17. Based on the actuation of a hydraulic jack 60, the screen filter 14 is arranged in the upper position. Material to be worked fed from the hopper 17 is crushed by crushing drum 18 and an auxiliary drum 24 and recovered below the screen filter 14. After the work is finished, the screen filter 14 is moved to the lower position by the hydraulic jack 60 to engage a guide 43 with rollers 52. When the screen filter 14 is pulled out to outside a frame 13, the screen filter 14 is slid by the rotation of the rollers 52 and cleaning work of the screen filter 14 is performed in the condition where it has moved along a rail 50 and a guide rail 51 to a second position.
