PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure to save a material for the inner seal band of a linear actuator having a slit type barrel. SOLUTION: At the end part of an outer seal band 51, a fixed screw 54 is threadedly engaged with a fit-in shaft part through a slit 32 from the outside of a mounting plate 53 and securely nipped between a barrel 31 and the outer seal band. At the end part of an inner seal band 50, a set screw 55 threadedly engaged with a mounting plate 53 is caused to pass through a slit 32 and nipped between the tip of the set screw 55 and the insertion plane 33e of a fit-in shaft part 33a and the length of an end part 50a is set to a value long enough to allow positioning of it between a seal part X between an O-ring 25 and a cylinder hole 34 and a barrel end 31E. The two ends of the outer seal band 51 are positioned relative to the set screw 55 and at the inside in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder barrel 31. |
