PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, which can be provided at low cost, for fitting ice tongs or muddler with which ice tongs or muddler can be easily stored or taken in/out, an install part for installing the ice tongs or muddier can be easily fitted on an ice pail and further, the workability of ice tongs or muddler is improved. SOLUTION: For example, an ice pail 10, a handle part 20 and an install part 30 are integrally molded or worked and in order to easily take in/out ice tongs M or muddler C or both of them, the install part is composed of an install hole part 31 and an install bottom part 32 and molded or worked integrally with the ice pail 10.
