PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yeast cream supply device which can prevent the deterioration in the activity of a yeast cream and can improve the storability of the yeast cream, by disposing a storage tank which can form a closed state communicating with the outer air via only an air-cleaning means, and so on. SOLUTION: This yeast cream supply device has a storage tank 1 having an air-cleaning means 13, a piping 11 capable of forming a yeast cream 2-circulating route which is connected to the storage tank 1 and is returned to the storage tank 1 via a releasing supply portion 9 for releasing the yeast cream 2 into a production line for using the yeast cream 2, a circulation means 8 for forming the yeast cream 2-circulating route for circulating the stored yeast cream 2 via the piping 11, a releasing means capable of releasing the needed amount of the yeast cream 2 from the circulation route to the releasing supply portion 9 in response to a demand, and a temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the yeast cream 2 in the storage tank 1. The circulation velocity of the yeast cream is preferably a linear velocity of >=0.3 m/sec in the piping, and the concentration of the yeast cream is preferably a concentration containing 30 to 60 wt.% of free water.
