PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an accurate positioning for a support device for a long period of operating hour by a method wherein an adjoining support device which rotates around a second shaft which is in parallel with a first shaft is connected to the support device which rotates around the first shaft at least through one joint plate. SOLUTION: Each of bolts 16 extending in the transverse direction against the longitudinal expansion of an endless belt is set to penetrate a bore 19 respectively in side parts 15a and 15b so that each of support devices 13 rotates around each of the bolts 16, and a pivot bearing is formed at its one end. Pins 18 are mounted on the upside and underside of a base part 15 on the opposite side of the support device 13, and each of the pins 18 surrounds the bolt 16 of the adjoining support device 13 which its bore 20a adjoins and holds a joint plate 20 which turns around the bolt 16. The support device 13 is rotated in respect so the adjoining support device 13 by the bolt 16 when it comes into a deflection area, and the length is ensured by rotations of the pins 18 of the joint plates 20 and the joint bolts 16.
