PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the position of a person to be nursed on a bed. SOLUTION: Load detection means 12a and 12b are provided to separately detect a load working on support frames at two points on one end side in the longitudinal direction of a bed 11, a position specifying means to specify the position of a person 1 to be nursed by comparing detection load values 18a and 18b detected by the load detection means 12a and 12b and a warning means for generating a warning when the position specifying means determines that the person 1 to be nursed is positioned being biased to the end on the bed 11. The position specifying means determines that the person 1 to be nursed is positioned being biased to the end on the bed 11 when one of the detection load values 18a and 18b is below the half of the other.
