<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power while desulfurization efficiency is improved by decreasing a drop diameter of an absorption liquid while cost down is achieved by a simple manufacture by a method wherein a plurality of spray nozzles comprising a short pipe are arranged opposed to each other horizontally, and absorption liquids jetted from respective spray nozzles are allowed to collide with each other. SOLUTION: A plurality of short pipes 15 are arranged so as to open respectively sideward at specific intervals in a longitudinal direction of a plurality of nozzle headers 14 extending horizontally, and spray nozzles 2 are formed. Then, respective absorption liquids 1 are jetted from respective spray nozzles 2, and they are allowed to collide with each other. Thereby a liquid drop diameter of the absorption liquid is decreased, contact with exhaust gas is accelerated, and desulfurization efficiency is improved. Further, as the spray nozzle 2, because of a simple structure wherein only a short pipe 15 is used, its cost down can be achieved without necessity for ceramics-made in order to prevent abrasion caused by the absorption liquid. Further, since the absorption liquid 1 is jetted sideward, power can be reduced.</p> |
