PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a molded product without being limited to a reclaimed product-containing waste plastics and without using many molding tools. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a position of one set of cooling mold 10 in a state wherein the rotary stand 12 is stopped is set as a molded product- carrying out/in position E, and a cover mold 10b and a form 10c in one set of a cooling mold 10 during stop are raised up to the surface of a water. After inserting the synthetic resin-made molded product in this state into the form 10c, the cover mold 10b and the form 10c are lowered into the water, and a receiving mold 10a positioned in the water and the cover mold 10b are joined together and closed. Then, a rotary stand 12 is intermittently linked rotationally, the cooling mold 10 is transferred in the water attendant on the rotation of the rotary stand 12, and the molded product is completely cured. Thereafter, the cover mold 10b is detached from the receiving mold 10a, the cover mold 10b together with the form 10c are taken up on the surface of the water, and the molded product completely cooled to be cured is taken out from the form 10c.
