PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for a soundproof floor which is capable of attaining the compatibility of high waterproof performance with a good walking feel, has water resistance and durability, is recyclable and does not generate hazardous gaseous at the time of incineration. SOLUTION: This mat is formed by laminating a foam which is formed by crosslinking and expanding a resin composition consisting of a non- crosslinked polyethylene(PE) resin, a non-crosslinked polypropylene(PP) resin, a crosslinkable silane denatured PP resin and a foaming agent and a nonwoven fabric of 10 to 300 g/m2 in METSUKE (unit). In such case, yarn of 10 to 100 denier in size is incorporated at >=50 wt.% into the nonwoven fabric.
