PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform bidirectional signal transmission between electronic devices with different power sources and to improve the transmission efficiency by connecting multiple loads to the respective electronic devices. SOLUTION: This switch is equipped with a 1st output circuit composed of a 1st transistor(TR) 11 and a 1st resistance element 13 which enable signal transmission from the 1st electronic device 1 to the 2nd electronic device 2, a 2nd output circuit composed of 2nd TR 12 and a 2nd resistance element 14 which enable signal transmission from the 2nd electronic device 2 to the 1st electronic device 1, a control circuit composed of a 3rd TR 15, a 4th TR 16, a 5th TR 17, and a 6th TR which control the 1st and 2nd output circuits, and a control element 19 composed of a 7th TR performing switch control over the signal transmission path.
