PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a RAM access circuit with a low power consumption by converting RAM accesses requiring approximately continuous addresses into discrete accesses of many bytes. SOLUTION: A register 105 is provided for once storing only those bits of data read out from a RAM 107 which are permitted according to a read permit signal 106 per bit, bits to be written are set in the register 105, the permit signal 106 is set to other bits, the read from the RAM 107 is executed and then the content of the register 105 is written in the RAM 107. |
