PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp and luminaire emitting white light and having excellent interior decorativeness, by providing a thin film made of a pigment showing a prescribed object color between a glass tube of the lamp, and a luminescent layer formed on the inner face of the glass tube, made of a mixed phosphor mainly consisting of plural phosphor and emitting visible light. SOLUTION: In this fluorescent lamp, a thin film 3 is formed by applying pigment selected from cobalt violet, cobalt green, titanium yellow, a red iron oxide, copper chrome black and the like together with a polymer (a binder), then drying. At that time, aluminum oxide fine particles, yttrium oxide particles or the like can be added. Thereby, the fluorescent lamp can emit illumination light having a correlated color temperature of 2700-7500 K, and a chromaticity point in a chromaticity deviation range of -0.005 to +0.005 from a black body locus on the CIE1960uv chromaticity diagram. |
