PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device to perform switch control of a plurality of clutches arrayed in series to each other on the output side of a power source without worsening a shock. SOLUTION: A control device for a drive device outputs a power, outputted from a power source, in order, through an input clutch and a transmission mechanism with a lockup clutch. This device comprises switch control detecting means (steps S2 and S4) to detect that switch control of either an input clutch or a lockup clutch is executed; and a switch prohibiting means (steps S3 and S5) to prohibit that switch control of one clutch is performed when it is detected by the switch control detecting means (S2 and S4) that the other clutch is under switch control. |
